On Friday night I found myself needing to take some long-exposure photographs of our floating campfire, but I had left the quick release for my camera tripod at home, which meant that my camera could not be securely attached to the tripod. I improvised an attachment using some sisal- note the frapping turns. Thanks to Joy for the photo.
